Terms of Service

1. The Service

The platform is a subscription service for fashion content from independent creators. One monthly subscription (€7.99 incl. VAT) unlocks the content of all creators on the platform.

2. Account

You need an account to use the service and are responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 18 years old to register.

3. Subscription and payments

The subscription is billed monthly in advance via our payment provider, Stripe. The price is final and includes VAT based on your billing country. You can cancel anytime in your settings — access continues until the end of the paid period. Payments for a started period are non-refundable, without prejudice to your statutory rights.

4. Content and licence

Content belongs to its creators. Your subscription grants a personal, non-transferable licence to view it within the platform. Downloading, redistributing or reselling content is prohibited.

5. Conduct

You must not: circumvent technical content protections, share your account, upload content that infringes third-party rights or the law, or harass creators or other users.

6. Creator compensation

A share of each subscription (80% of net revenue) is distributed among creators according to each subscriber's actual attention. Details are set out in the Creator Agreement.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.

8. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages. Consumer rights under Slovak and EU law remain unaffected.

9. Changes

We will notify you of material changes by email at least 14 days in advance.

10. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. Consumers may use the EU online dispute resolution platform (ec.europa.eu/odr) or contact the Slovak Trade Inspection.
