What we process

• Account: email, optionally name and profile photo from Google sign-in, language preference.
• Subscription: payment details are processed by Stripe (we never see card numbers); we keep invoice history, billing country and subscription status.
• Usage: which creators you watch and for how long — this data is the basis of fair creator compensation (legitimate interest / contract performance).
• Creators: additionally payout and tax data (Stripe Connect, DAC7).
• Technical: IP address and logs for security and abuse prevention.

Why and on what basis

Contract performance (providing the service, paying creators), legal obligations (accounting, tax), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention), and consent where required by law.

Who we share with

Stripe (payments and payouts), Brevo (transactional email), Cloudflare (media storage), our hosting provider (Contabo, EU). We do not sell data.

Retention

Accounting records 10 years as required by law; account data for the lifetime of the account; security logs up to 12 months.

Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection. Send requests to [EMAIL]. You may lodge a complaint with the Slovak Data Protection Authority (dataprotection.gov.sk).
