Creator Agreement

Applies to users with an approved creator profile.

1. Your content

You keep ownership of your content. You grant the platform a non-exclusive licence to host, resize and display it to subscribers. You may only upload content you hold the rights to, depicting exclusively persons over 18 with their consent.

2. Compensation (user-centric model)

  • 80% of the net revenue of every subscription (after VAT and payment fees) goes to creators.
  • Each subscriber's share is split only among the creators they actually watched, based on qualified attention (photos: min. 3 s of viewing; video: seconds actually watched; daily cap of 30 minutes per creator).
  • Shares of inactive subscribers are distributed among all creators according to total attention (the "community pool").

3. Founding Creators Program

For subscribers you bring, you earn a lifetime share of the platform's commission: 30% (1–24 active referred subscribers), 40% (25–99), 50% (100–499), 60% (500+). Rates on your existing referrals can never be reduced. For a recruited creator you earn 5% of their attention earnings for 24 months. Founders' Pool: 1 point per active referred subscriber per month (2× during the first year after launch).

4. Payouts

Monthly via Stripe Connect, €25 minimum (smaller balances carry forward). Completed Stripe verification (KYC) and active two-factor authentication are required. Every payout comes with a detailed statement and a self-billing invoice matching your tax status. Refunds and chargebacks are settled in the following period.

5. Content rules

Every creator's first three posts are approved manually. Prohibited: unlawful content, content depicting persons without consent or under 18, and content infringing copyright. Violations may lead to takedowns (with a statement of reasons) and, for serious breaches, account termination; unpaid funds obtained through violations may be forfeited to the extent permitted by law.

6. Taxes

You are responsible for your own tax obligations. The platform fulfils DAC7 reporting duties.
